Shipping Policy: Free Shipping, Next Day Shipping and In-Store Pickup

We are committed to delivering your orders quickly and conveniently. Please review our Shipping and In-Store Pickup policy for a smooth shopping experience:

Free Shipping: 

We offer free standard shipping to major metropolitan areas, including:

  • Canberra
  • Brisbane
  • Sydney
  • Melbourne
  • Perth
  • Adelaide
 

Free shipping is also available to select major towns. If you’re unsure whether your location qualifies, feel free to reach out to us.

Free Shipping will be via the most cost effective method. No PO Boxes will be accepted for Free Shipping

Next Day Shipping:

  • Order Processing: Orders placed before 3:00 PM (local time) on a business day will be processed and shipped next business days. Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed the following business day.
  • Shipping Carriers: We partner with reliable shipping carrier Aramex, Courier Please, Sendle and Australia Post to provide 2-7 business day shipping.
  • Delivery Timeframe: Your order will be delivered within 2-7 business days after it has been processed and shipped. Please note that remote or rural areas may experience longer delivery times.
  • Shipping Cost: The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
  • Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your shipment.
  • Delivery Address: Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect address information.
  • Delivery Issues: If you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
 

In-Store Pickup via Appointment:

For customers who prefer to pick up their orders in-store, we offer the option for in-store pickup by appointment. Please review our In-Store Pickup policy:

  • Appointment Scheduling: In-store pickups can be scheduled between the hours of 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM from Monday to Saturday. To schedule an appointment, please contact our customer support team via email: info@3dradicalprints.com.au or via out social media pages.
  • Order Processing: Orders for in-store pickup will be processed as quickly as possible. Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive a notification.
  • Proof of Purchase: When picking up your order in-store, please provide a valid photo ID and your order confirmation to verify your identity and collect your items.
  • Items Availability: Some items may not be available for in-store pickup, and this will be indicated during the checkout process.
  • Changes to Pickup Appointment: If you need to reschedule your in-store pickup appointment, please contact our customer support team at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Pickup Location: Our in-store pickup location is in Tea Tree Gully 5091. 
  • Guest Pickups: If you are unable to pick up your order in person and wish to send someone on your behalf, please provide the representative with your order confirmation and a copy of your photo ID.
