Return Policy – 3D Radical Prints

Overview

At 3D Radical Prints, we’re committed to providing high‑quality 3D printing filament and accessories. If you need to return an item, we offer a 30‑day exchange policy from the date of delivery. This policy outlines the conditions and process for returning products purchased through our website.

 

Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

2.1 The product must be in its original, unopened packaging.

2.2 The product must be unused and in resalable condition.

2.3 The exchange request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

2.4 Change of Mind: Accepted, but subject to a 20% restocking fee.

2.5 Refunds are not offered under any circumstances except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

 

How to Initiate an Exchange

To start an exchange, please contact our support team at [email protected] with:

3.1 Your order number

3.2 The product(s) you wish to exchange

3.3 The reason for the exchange

If approved, you’ll receive a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and instructions for sending the item back.

 

Shipping Your Return

4.1 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.

4.2 Please ensure items are securely packaged to prevent damage in transit.

4.3 The return address will be provided once your RMA is issued.

Restocking Fee

5.1 Change of Mind exchanges incur a 20% restocking fee, deducted from the value of the replacement item.

5.2 The remaining balance can be applied toward any product of your choice.

Non‑Returnable Items

The following items cannot be exchanged:

6.1 Opened or used products

6.2 Products not in their original, unopened packaging

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will provide return instructions and cover the cost of return shipping for verified issues. Replacement items will be sent once the returned product is assessed.

Warranty Policy

Covered Items:

• Filament: 30-day warranty covering manufacturing defects and material inconsistencies.
• 3D Printing Parts: 3-month warranty covering non-consumable components such as stepper motors, fans, and control boards.
• 3D Printers: 12-month manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

 

Non-Covered Items:

Consumable spare parts are not covered under warranty due to their nature and expected wear during regular use. These include:

• PTFE tubes
• Nozzles
• Hotends
• Extruders
• Wiring looms

 

Important Notes:

• Warranty claims must be submitted within the applicable warranty period from the date of purchase.
• Proof of purchase is required for all claims.
• Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, modification, improper installation, or external factors.
• For 3D printers, warranty service is provided by the manufacturer. Please refer to the manufacturer’s support channels for assistance.
