Description
Prusa CORE One L — Double the Volume, Same Desktop Footprint
The Prusa CORE One L is the large-format sibling of the CORE One — doubling the build volume to 300 × 300 × 330 mm while increasing the physical footprint by only 10%. It takes everything that made the CORE One a critical success and scales it up for bigger models, batch printing, and professional production workflows that need more room.
With an actively heated chamber reaching 60°C, a new AC convection heatbed with less than 2°C temperature variance across 99% of the surface, and the same Nextruder with 360° cooling, the CORE One L is built for users who need large-format precision with engineering-grade material capability.
Assembled and pre-calibrated from the factory. Unpack, plug in, and start printing.
300 × 300 × 330 mm Build Volume
The CORE One L’s build volume is approximately 30 litres — double the CORE One’s 15 litres — opening up large single-piece prints, tall models, and high-volume batch runs that simply don’t fit on smaller machines. The rigid steel-aluminium exoskeleton frame maintains dimensional precision across the full build area, with minimal vibration even at speed.
AC Convection Heatbed
The CORE One L introduces a newly developed AC convection heatbed — a cast aluminium bed with dual-loop heating that delivers less than 2°C temperature variance across 99% of the print surface. Two fans mounted under the bed create a convection effect that heats the 60°C chamber 25% faster than the CORE One. The result is even first-layer adhesion, warp-free printing on engineering materials, and faster heat-up to working temperature.
Active Chamber Heating — Up to 60°C
The enclosed chamber with active heating reaches up to 60°C — 5°C higher than the CORE One — for warp-free printing with ABS, ASA, PC, PA, and other engineering materials. The active system manages temperature in both directions, keeping the chamber cool enough for PLA and PETG with the door closed while providing warmth for demanding filaments.
Nextruder with 360° Cooling
The same proven Nextruder toolhead from the CORE One delivers flawless overhangs up to 75° without support structures, dramatically reducing material waste and post-processing time. The high-flow nozzle handles fast printing across virtually all filament types.
Upgrade Path & Ecosystem
MMU3 Multi-Material
Compatible with the MMU3 add-on for printing with up to 5 filaments simultaneously.
HT Hotend Upgrade
The optional HT Hotend enables nozzle temperatures up to 400°C for high-performance polymers.
Open Ecosystem
PrusaSlicer with factory-tuned profiles for 200+ filaments, Prusa Connect remote management, and full modder support — every part is screwed, not glued. No walled garden, no locked firmware, no forced filament vendor.
Supported Materials
PLA, PETG, Flex/TPU, PVA, PC, PP, CPE, PVB — standard setup
ABS, ASA, HIPS, PA — with Advanced Filtration System
High-performance polymers — with HT Hotend Upgrade (up to 400°C)
