This is the genuine Flashforge extruder bus cable for the Creator 5 and Creator 5 Pro — the cable that runs from the extruder dock assembly module to each of the four FlashSwap toolheads, carrying both power and communication signals. If a toolhead is losing connection, failing to heat, or showing intermittent faults that persist across different toolhead swaps, a damaged or worn bus cable is a likely cause.

What the Extruder Bus Cable Does

Every time a toolhead docks or undocks during a FlashSwap change, this cable is what carries power and data between the extruder dock module and the active toolhead — supporting heating, cooling fan operation, and sensor communication.
