This Revo-compatible brass nozzle is a combined nozzle and heatbreak in a single pre-assembled unit that threads in and out by hand at room temperature. No spanners, no hot tightening, no risk of burns or cross-threading a hot component. Unscrew the old nozzle, screw in the new one, and you’re printing again in under a minute.

Compatible with E3D’s RapidChange Revo ecosystem, this nozzle works with any Revo-based hotend — including the Prusa MK4, Prusa XL, BIQU Panda Revo, and other Revo-equipped printers.

Available Sizes

0.25 mm — Ultra-fine detail for miniatures, text, and high-resolution models. Best when precision matters more than speed. Ideal for display pieces, tabletop gaming figures, and intricate mechanical parts.

0.40 mm — The standard all-rounder. Balances print speed and detail for everyday use. The right choice for the vast majority of prints.

0.60 mm — Faster prints with thicker layers. Ideal for functional parts, enclosures, and larger models where speed and strength matter more than fine surface detail.

Each size is identifiable by its colour-coded silicone sock and engraved size markings on the nozzle body — no guessing or squinting at tiny numbers.

Pre-Assembled Nozzle + Heatbreak

Each Revo nozzle ships as a complete nozzle and heatbreak assembly in a single unit. This eliminates the two most common sources of hotend problems — incorrect assembly and heat block leaks. Because there’s no joint between the nozzle and heatbreak for you to tighten, there’s no joint to fail. The result is leak-free, reliable extrusion straight out of the box, every time you swap.

Brass — Best for Non-Abrasive Filaments

Brass offers excellent thermal conductivity for consistent filament melting and smooth extrusion. It’s the ideal material for standard filaments including PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, TPU, and PVA. For abrasive filaments like carbon fibre, glass fibre, or metal-fill composites, a hardened steel or ObXidian nozzle is recommended instead, as brass will wear quickly with these materials.

Important: Revo nozzles are not compatible with V6-style heater blocks. You may need to adjust your Z offset when changing nozzle sizes.
