Description
BIQU Panda Juicer HFC High Flow Hardened Steel Hotend for Bambu Lab A1 / H2
The Panda Juicer HFC is BIQU’s high-flow, nano-coated hotend engineered as a complete replacement for Bambu Lab A1, A1 Mini, and H2D printers. It combines an integrated one-piece metal design with a nano-coated hardened steel nozzle, solving two problems at once — the leak-prone joints found in multi-part hotends, and the rapid nozzle wear that comes with printing carbon fibre and glass fibre filaments.
Integrated Nozzle + Heat Break — Zero-Leak Design
Rather than a nozzle threaded into a separate heat break, the HFC’s nozzle and heat break are precision-machined from a single piece of metal. This eliminates the gap where plastic can leak and ooze during printing, creating a perfect, permanent seal that standard multi-part hotends can’t match.
Nano-Coated Hardened Steel — 9.8 Mohs Hardness
The nozzle achieves a hardness rating of 9.8 on the Mohs scale thanks to its nano-coating over hardened steel — delivering more than double the service life of standard hardened steel nozzles, virtually zero wear from PLA, and minimal residue buildup even with heavily filled, abrasive materials like carbon fibre and glass fibre composites.
High Flow Core — Faster Printing
The HFC’s optimised high-flow internal design increases maximum volumetric speed by roughly 20% over stock, letting you push print speed further before hitting the under-extrusion ceiling that limits standard nozzles. Real-world users report noticeably cleaner prints and reduced clogging risk alongside the speed gains.
Available Sizes
0.4mm
The standard all-rounder — the size where the high-flow design makes the biggest practical difference for everyday fast printing across all materials, including carbon fibre and glass fibre composites.
0.6mm
Higher throughput for faster functional prints, with reduced clogging risk on heavily filled abrasive filaments.
0.8mm
Maximum flow for large parts, vase-mode, and draft prints where speed matters more than fine detail.
Direct Drop-In — No Modifications Needed
Engineered for seamless, plug-and-play installation on the A1, A1 Mini, and H2D — no printed modifications and no firmware changes required. It’s a direct replacement for the stock hotend, not a workaround requiring extra parts or settings tweaks.
HFC vs Standard Panda Juicer Variants
BIQU’s Panda Juicer range includes multiple tiers — standard flow (SF), high flow (HF), and the HFC (High Flow, Coated) featured here, which pairs the high-flow core with the nano-coated nozzle for the combined benefit of speed and extended wear resistance. If you print abrasive filaments regularly and want both faster printing and the longest possible nozzle life in one part, HFC is the top-tier choice in the range.
Compatibility
