This 24V 80W ceramic heater and thermistor kit is a direct replacement for the heating and temperature sensing components in the Elegoo Neptune 4 and Neptune 4 Pro hotend. The 80W heater delivers rapid heat-up and stable temperature control up to 300°C — the extra wattage over standard 40W heaters ensures the hotend maintains consistent temperatures even during fast printing and heavy extrusion.
If your Neptune 4 is showing temperature errors, slow heat-up, fluctuating nozzle readings, or thermistor faults, this kit restores reliable thermal performance with a simple plug-and-play swap.

This kit fits the Elegoo Neptune 4 and Neptune 4 Pro. It is not compatible with the Neptune 4 Plus, Neptune 4 Max, or Elegoo Centauri series — those printers use different heater configurations.
Power off the printer and allow the hotend to cool completely. Disconnect the old heater/thermistor, remove from the hotend, install the new kit, and reconnect via plug-and-play connectors. No soldering required. Run a PID auto-tune after installation for optimal temperature stability.
