Prusa Magnetic Heatbed MK52 24V — OEM Replacement for CORE One / CORE One+

This is the OEM magnetic heatbed for the Prusa CORE One and CORE One+, with the thermistor pre-installed and fixed in place with aluminium and Kapton tape — ready to install without additional wiring assembly. If your heatbed has failed, is heating unevenly, or the magnetic surface has degraded, this is the direct replacement.

Pre-Installed Thermistor

Unlike some heatbed replacements that require separate thermistor installation and wiring, this magnetic heatbed comes with the thermistor already mounted and secured in place. This simplifies installation and ensures correct thermistor positioning for accurate temperature readings straight out of the box.

28 Neodymium Magnets — Secure Sheet Mounting

The heatbed includes 28 pieces of 45SH neodymium block magnets, bonded with Loctite HY 4090 structural adhesive. These magnets hold your satin, smooth, textured, or PP print sheet firmly in place during printing while allowing quick sheet changes between print jobs.

When to Replace

Heatbed failing to heat or heating unevenly across the surface, temperature errors or thermal warnings related to the bed, physical damage from a bed crash or impact, degraded magnets affecting print sheet adhesion, and as part of a bed subsystem service or upgrade.
