Description
E3D Revo™ Nozzle System for Your Bambu Lab P1 & X1
The BIQU Panda Revo is a premium hotend upgrade co-developed with E3D that brings the Revo™ RapidChange nozzle ecosystem to Bambu Lab P1 and X1 series printers. The headline feature is 30-second nozzle swaps at room temperature using only your fingers — no tools, no hot tightening, no risk of burns. Simply unscrew the nozzle cold, screw in a new one, and print.
Combined with a 60W HeaterCore delivering up to 40 mm³/s volumetric flow, the Panda Revo is built for users who want fast printing, easy maintenance, and access to the full E3D Revo nozzle range without leaving the Bambu Lab platform.
30-Second Nozzle Changes — No Tools, No Heat
Standard Bambu Lab hotend nozzles are integrated into the hotend assembly, meaning a nozzle change often means replacing the entire hotend. The Panda Revo changes this completely. Revo nozzles thread in and out by hand at room temperature — no spanners, no heat-up, no risk of cross-threading a hot component.
This makes it practical to switch nozzle sizes between jobs (0.25 mm for detail, 0.4 mm for everyday use, 0.6 mm for speed) without the cost and waste of swapping entire hotend assemblies. You buy nozzles, not hotends.
60W HeaterCore — Fast Heating, High Flow
The custom 60W HeaterCore (with NTC100k thermistor) is purpose-built by E3D for the Panda Revo to meet the power demands of high-speed, high-flow printing. It heats up faster than the stock hotend and delivers stable temperatures under heavy extrusion loads, supporting flow rates up to 40 mm³/s.
The HeaterCore uses PTC (positive temperature coefficient) technology for built-in thermal safety — it self-limits temperature to reduce the risk of thermal runaway, adding an extra layer of protection during unattended prints.
E3D Revo™ Nozzle Compatibility
The Panda Revo integrates with E3D’s RapidChange Revo ecosystem, giving you access to the full range of Revo nozzles:
Revo™ High Flow nozzle (0.4 mm included) — optimised for maximum volumetric throughput
Revo™ ObXidian nozzles — polycrystalline diamond-tipped for extreme abrasion resistance with CF, GF, and metal-fill filaments
Standard Revo™ brass nozzles — available in 0.25, 0.4, 0.6, and 0.8 mm
All Revo nozzles are compatible except the Revo Belt Nozzle. Replacement nozzles are widely available from E3D retailers worldwide.
Supported Materials
The all-metal construction supports nozzle temperatures up to 300°C, making it compatible with PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, TPU, PVA, PA (nylon), PA-CF, PLA-CF, PETG-CF, and other engineering-grade filaments. For abrasive composites, the optional Revo ObXidian nozzles provide extreme wear resistance far beyond standard hardened steel.
Two Variants — Select Your Printer
P1 variant — fits the Bambu Lab P1P and P1S
X1 variant — fits the Bambu Lab X1 Carbon (X1C)
Select the correct option when ordering. Each variant is designed for the specific toolhead wiring and mounting of that printer series.
Installation
The Panda Revo is a plug-and-play drop-in upgrade — no soldering, no firmware changes, and no recalibration required. Install the hotend into the toolhead, connect the wiring, and you’re ready to print. Detailed installation instructions are available by scanning the QR code inside the package.
Please be careful during installation and follow the provided instructions closely.
