This 24V 80W ceramic heater and NTC 100K thermistor kit is a direct replacement for the heating and temperature sensing components in the Elegoo Neptune 4 Plus and Neptune 4 Max hotend. The 80W heater delivers rapid heat-up and stable temperature control up to 300°C, with integrated terminal connectors for quick plug-and-play installation.
If your Neptune 4 Plus or Max is showing temperature errors, slow heat-up, fluctuating nozzle readings, or thermistor faults, this kit restores reliable thermal performance in minutes.
Temperature error codes on the printer screen, nozzle temperature fluctuating during printing, slow or inconsistent heat-up, thermistor readings showing abnormal values, and the printer halting due to thermal safety faults.
This kit fits the Elegoo Neptune 4 Plus and Neptune 4 Max. It is not compatible with the Neptune 4 or Neptune 4 Pro — those models use a different heater configuration. See our separate listing for the Neptune 4 / Neptune 4 Pro heater kit.
Power off the printer and allow the hotend to cool completely. Disconnect the old heater/thermistor via the terminal connectors, remove from the hotend, install the new kit, and reconnect. No soldering required. Run a PID auto-tune after installation for optimal temperature stability.
