This complete high flow hotend kit is a direct upgrade for the Elegoo Neptune 4 and Neptune 4 Pro, bundling a high flow nozzle, matching heating block, and a protective silicone sock in one plug-and-play package. The increased melt throughput lets you push print speed and layer width further before hitting under-extrusion, while the all-metal construction improves reliability at sustained high temperatures.
The Neptune 4 and 4 Pro’s stock hotend is capable, but its melt rate limits how far you can push print speed before extrusion falls behind and quality suffers. A high flow hotend increases the nozzle’s internal melting capacity, letting the printer’s motion system actually be the limiting factor rather than the hotend — particularly valuable for large functional prints, batch production, and anyone chasing shorter print times without sacrificing wall quality.
Rather than sourcing a nozzle, heat block, and sock separately and hoping they match, this kit includes all three as a matched set engineered to work together — high flow nozzle, compatible heating block, and a silicone sock sized for a correct fit. Everything you need for a full hotend refresh in one purchase.
The included silicone sock fits over the heater block, protecting it from filament buildup and helping maintain stable nozzle temperature by reducing heat loss to ambient airflow — particularly useful on printers with strong part cooling fans that can otherwise pull heat away from the heat block during printing.
The hotend uses an all-metal design with no PTFE in the melt zone, improving reliability at higher sustained temperatures and avoiding the gradual degradation that PTFE-lined melt zones can experience from repeated heat cycling over time.

Not compatible with the Neptune 4 Plus, Neptune 4 Max, or other Elegoo printer models — those use different hotend interfaces.
Power off the printer and allow the hotend to cool completely before installation. Remove the existing hotend assembly, install the new nozzle and heating block as a matched set, fit the silicone sock over the heat block, and reconnect wiring. After installation, verify nozzle settings match in your slicer before starting a print.
