Description

Magigoo SuperGrip — The Adhesive Built for Flexible Build Plates

Magigoo SuperGrip is a high-performance bed adhesive engineered specifically for flexible and polymer-based build surfaces — smooth and textured PEI, polycarbonate (PC), satin sheets, and other coated engineering plates. Where generic glue sticks can degrade these surfaces over repeated use, SuperGrip is formulated to work with them, delivering stronger, more consistent adhesion without the flaking or residue buildup that shortens a flex plate’s working life.

Built for Flex Plates, Not Against Them

Standard adhesives can leave sticky residue or gradually degrade the coating on flexible build plates over time. SuperGrip is formulated with superior spreadability across all common flex plate types — smooth PEI, textured PEI, PC, satin sheets, and other engineering surfaces — while actively protecting the plate. The adhesive layer acts as a protective barrier during printing, helping extend the working life of your build plate rather than wearing it down.

Stronger Adhesion Across a Wider Temperature Range

SuperGrip provides reliable bonding across a broader temperature window than standard adhesives, including notably improved adhesion with PLA at lower bed temperatures — down to 45°C. This means less thermal stress on your parts and reduced warping risk on large, flat PLA prints, without needing to run the bed at typical higher temperatures.

Thermal Release — No Scraping Required

SuperGrip’s defining feature is its engineered thermal response: as the bed cools after printing, the adhesive’s grip strength decreases in a controlled, predictable way. Parts release with minimal effort — often lifting straight off, or coming free with a gentle flex of the plate — with no spatulas, scrapers, or other tools needed. This significantly reduces the risk of scratching or damaging both the printed part and the build surface.

Wide Material Compatibility

Works reliably with PLA, PETG, ABS/ASA, TPU, and other common FDM materials — a single bottle covers the vast majority of everyday printing needs across your flex plate collection.

Long-Lasting — Over 250 Applications

A single 50ml bottle delivers more than 250 full-bed applications on a standard 235×235mm plate, with multiple prints achievable per single application. This makes SuperGrip genuinely economical over the life of the bottle, not just a convenience purchase.

Water-Based — Easy Cleanup

The water-based formula wipes away easily with a damp cloth between applications — no solvents, no harsh chemicals, and no lingering residue affecting your next print or your workspace.

How to Use

Shake the bottle for 3–5 seconds before use. Press the applicator nib against the cold printing surface to activate flow, and spread a thin, even layer across the area you’ll be printing on. No drying time is needed — start your print immediately after application. Once printing is complete, allow the bed to cool naturally; the part will release on its own or with a gentle flex of the plate.

Do not squeeze the bottle — this can pop the applicator off. Apply using gentle pressure on the nib only.

Compatible Build Surfaces

Smooth PEI, Textured PEI, Polycarbonate (PC), Satin sheets, and other engineering-grade coated build plates.
