This is the official Micro Swiss × Bondtech CHT High Flow Hotend, bringing genuine Core Heating Technology (CHT) to the Bambu Lab A1, A1 Mini, H2D, and H2S platforms. Rather than a generic third-party high-flow clone, this is a licensed collaboration using Bondtech’s patented CHT nozzle design — delivering a 50% increase in maximum volumetric flow rate for ultra-fast printing without sacrificing quality.

Genuine CHT — Multi-Chamber Melt Zone

At the heart of this hotend is the patented Core Heating Technology (CHT) nozzle, which divides incoming filament into multiple smaller channels as it passes through the melt zone. This dramatically increases the surface area in contact with the heated nozzle walls, transferring heat faster and more evenly than a standard single-channel nozzle. The result: significantly more filament pushed through per second, enabling faster printing without clogging or uneven extrusion.

50% Higher Volumetric Flow

The CHT design delivers a 50% maximum volumetric flow rate increase over the stock hotend — removing the flow bottleneck that causes under-extrusion, rough surfaces, and lost detail when print speeds are pushed beyond what a standard nozzle can keep up with.

Better Layer Adhesion

M2 Hardened Steel with Tungsten Disulfide Coating

The nozzle tip is machined from M2 hardened high-speed steel, heat-treated to an ultra-tough 68 HRC — genuine wear resistance for abrasive filaments like carbon fibre and glass fibre composites. A tungsten disulfide non-stick coating finishes the tip, resisting plastic build-up for cleaner, more reliable printing and extended hotend reliability over time.

Plug-and-Play Installation

Designed for simple, tool-minimal installation, integrating seamlessly into the A1, A1 Mini, H2D, and H2S without modification. A silicone sock is included to protect the heater block and improve thermal stability once installed.
