Description
BIQU Panda Juicer Hotend Standard Flow SFC for Bambu Lab P2 / X2
The Panda Juicer SFC is BIQU’s VantaC-coated standard flow hotend, built as a complete replacement for Bambu Lab P2S and X2D printers. It pairs an integrated one-piece metal design with a VantaC-coated nozzle, solving the leak-prone joints of multi-part hotends while delivering meaningfully better wear resistance than uncoated hardened steel — all tuned for reliable, consistent extrusion at standard Bambu Lab print speeds.
Integrated Nozzle + Heat Break — Zero-Leak Design
Rather than a nozzle threaded into a separate heat break, the SFC’s nozzle and heat break are precision-machined from a single piece of metal. This eliminates the gap where plastic can leak and ooze during printing, creating a perfect, permanent seal that standard multi-part hotends can’t match.
VantaC Coating — Beyond Standard Hardened Steel
VantaC is BIQU’s advanced coating applied over the hardened steel nozzle, delivering enhanced wear resistance and surface performance beyond what uncoated hardened steel provides on its own. This translates to longer nozzle life and reduced residue buildup when printing carbon fibre, glass fibre, and other abrasive composite filaments — without the added cost of the nano-coated HFC/HF variants built for high-speed printing.
Standard Flow — Reliable, Consistent Extrusion
The SFC is optimised for reliable, consistent extrusion at standard Bambu Lab printing speeds — the right balance of dimensional accuracy and fine detail for everyday printing. If maximum volumetric throughput for faster printing is the priority, see BIQU’s High Flow (HF) and HFC variants for the P2S/X2D instead.
Available Sizes
0.4mm
The standard all-rounder for everyday printing across all materials including carbon fibre and glass fibre composites.
0.6mm
Higher throughput for faster functional prints, with reduced clogging risk on heavily filled abrasive filaments.
0.8mm
Maximum flow for large parts, vase-mode, and draft prints where speed matters more than fine detail.
SFC vs SF vs HFC — Where It Sits in the Range
SF (Standard Flow, Hardened Steel)
Baseline abrasion resistance. Detachable nozzle system. Entry-level upgrade over the stock hotend.
SFC (Standard Flow, VantaC Coated) — This Product
Integrated one-piece design with VantaC-coated nozzle. Enhanced wear resistance over plain hardened steel. Standard flow speeds.
HFC (High Flow, Coated)
Same integrated coated design, plus a high-flow core for approximately 20% faster max volumetric speed. The choice when print speed is the priority alongside durability.
Direct Drop-In — No Modifications Needed
Engineered for seamless, plug-and-play installation on the P2S and X2D — no printed modifications and no firmware changes required. It’s a direct replacement for the stock hotend, not a workaround requiring extra parts or settings tweaks.
Compatibility
Bambu Lab P2S
Bambu Lab X2D
Note: BIQU also offers versions of this hotend specific to the A1, A1 Mini, and H2D — check you’re ordering the correct variant for your printer, as the P2S/X2D and A1/H2D versions use different fitments.
Supported Materials
PLA, ABS, PETG, TPU, and abrasive industrial composites including carbon fibre and glass fibre reinforced filaments.
