Bambu Lab TZ 2.0 Hardened Steel Nozzle Kit for X1C / P1P / P1S
This is a complete hotend upgrade kit — not just a nozzle. The TZ 2.0 kit includes a hardened steel CHT-style nozzle and a chromium-plated copper heating block, replacing the stock hotend assembly on your Bambu Lab X1C, P1P, or P1S with a higher-performance unit designed for abrasive filaments and high-speed printing.
The CHT (Core Heating Technology) internal design splits the filament into multiple melt channels for significantly higher flow rates, while the hardened steel construction resists wear from carbon fibre, glass fibre, metal-fill, and other abrasive materials. The chromium-plated copper heat block delivers superior thermal conductivity for fast, even heating up to 550°C.
CHT High Flow Design
The CHT-style multi-channel nozzle splits incoming filament into multiple melt paths, increasing the contact surface area with the heated nozzle walls. This melts filament faster and more evenly than a single-channel nozzle, enabling higher volumetric flow rates and faster print speeds before hitting the under-extrusion ceiling.
Chromium-Plated Copper Heat Block
The heat block uses copper for maximum thermal conductivity — significantly better heat transfer than aluminium blocks — with a chromium plating that prevents oxidation and filament adhesion to the block surface. This keeps the heat block clean over time and maintains consistent thermal performance across thousands of print hours.
550°C Maximum Temperature
The TZ 2.0 kit supports nozzle temperatures up to 550°C — far beyond the requirements of any standard FDM filament, but providing ample headroom for high-temperature materials and ensuring the heating system is never operating at its limit during normal use.

Important Notes
This kit uses the TZ 2.0 nozzle interface. Spare nozzles must be TZ 1.0, 2.0, or 3.0 compatible — TZ 4.0 nozzles are NOT compatible with this heat block. Check your nozzle compatibility before ordering replacements.
