Description
Eryone Hyper Speed Burnt Titanium PETG — Iridescent Metallic Finish, Built for Speed
Eryone Hyper Speed Burnt Titanium PETG combines the colour-shifting, heat-treated-metal look of burnt titanium with the toughness of PETG and speeds of up to 600mm/s. The finish changes as light moves across the surface, creating iridescent gradients that make every print look like anodised or heat-tempered metal, straight off the build plate with no painting or post-processing.
Where PLA-based burnt titanium filaments look great but stay brittle, this PETG version gives you the same eye-catching finish on parts that can actually take handling, impacts, and daily use.
The Burnt Titanium Effect
The surface has a metallic sheen with a light-responsive colour shift. Tilt a print under a light and the tones move from one shade to another, producing iridescent blue, purple, and gold tints that look like heat-treated titanium. The effect shows best on curved surfaces, rounded edges, and models with varied geometry that catch light from several angles.
Hyper Speed — Up to 600mm/s
This is a high-speed PETG formulation with smooth flow, designed for fast printing without sacrificing surface quality. At 30–600mm/s, it suits batch production, large prints, and time-sensitive projects where standard PETG would slow the job down. Fast printing still delivers strong layer bonding and a consistent finish.
Tougher Than PLA Burnt Titanium
PETG is tougher and less brittle than PLA, with stronger interlayer adhesion. That makes this filament the better pick for functional parts that need to look good too: brackets, enclosures, tool handles, display stands, and anything that gets knocked around.
Consistent Diameter
A tight ±0.03mm diameter tolerance keeps feeding smooth and extrusion consistent, which matters most at the high speeds this filament is built for.

Print Settings
Nozzle temperature: 230–250°C
Bed temperature: 75–80°C
Bed surface: glass, PEI, or spring steel plate
Print speed: 30–600 mm/s
Enclosure: not required, enclosed or open printing both work
Diameter: 1.75 mm ±0.03 mm
Drying: 65°C for 12 hours before printing
Every printer runs a little differently, so start in the middle of the nozzle range and adjust for your speed and flow rate. Higher speeds generally call for temperatures toward the upper end.
Storage & Drying
PETG absorbs moisture from the air, and wet filament causes stringing, bubbling, and rough surfaces. Dry it at 65°C for 12 hours if you notice these issues or after it has been exposed to humid air, and store it with desiccant in an airtight container.
Heat Resistance
Printed parts soften at around 70°C (Vicat softening point 78°C, heat deflection 67°C), which is higher than standard PLA but still not suited to hot cars or parts near heat sources. For high-heat applications, look at ASA or ABS.
