Description
Smoother Feeding. Better Prints. Premium Japanese PTFE.
Your PTFE tube is one of the most overlooked components in your 3D printer’s filament path — but it has a direct impact on print quality, reliability, and the risk of clogs. This Japanese star-shaped PTFE tube upgrades your bowden or hotend feed path with ultra-low friction performance and superior thermal stability.
Unlike standard round-bore PTFE tubes, the star-shaped inner profile reduces the contact surface area between the tube wall and filament, resulting in noticeably lower resistance during feeding. This is especially beneficial for flexible filaments like TPU, abrasive materials like CF composites, and high-speed printing setups where consistent filament flow is critical.
Manufactured from high-purity Japanese PTFE material, this tubing meets the thermal demands of modern 3D printers with a working range of -200°C to 260°C — well above the needs of standard and engineering filaments.

Why star-shaped? The star profile reduces the internal contact area between the tube and filament compared to a standard round bore, lowering friction and reducing the force required to push filament through. The result is more consistent extrusion, fewer jams, and improved retraction performance.
