Replacement Heater & Thermistor for Creality K2 Plus

This ceramic heater and thermistor kit is a direct drop-in replacement for the Creality K2 Plus hotend heating assembly. It restores reliable temperature control with fast heat-up times and consistent thermal performance across all filament types — from PLA through to high-temperature engineering materials like PA-CF and PC.

If your K2 Plus is showing temperature errors, slow heat-up, fluctuating nozzle readings, or thermistor faults, this kit fixes the issue with a straightforward swap.

When to Replace

Temperature error codes on the printer screen, nozzle temperature fluctuating or dropping during prints, slow heat-up beyond normal, thermistor readings jumping erratically or showing abnormal values, and the printer halting due to thermal safety faults.

If you’ve already reseated the connector without resolving the issue, the heater/thermistor module is the most likely failed component.

Compatibility

This kit is designed specifically for the Creality K2 Plus. It is not compatible with the K1, K1C, K1 Max, K1 SE, or Ender 3 series — those printers use different heater configurations.

Installation

Power off the printer and allow the hotend to cool completely. Disconnect the old heater/thermistor, remove from the hotend, install the new kit, and reconnect. Run a PID auto-tune after installation for optimal temperature stability.
