Integrated Hotend Kit for Flashforge Creator 5 / Creator 5 Pro

This compatible integrated hotend kit is a direct replacement for the Flashforge Creator 5 and Creator 5 Pro’s FlashSwap toolheads, combining a red copper heating block with a hardened steel nozzle tip in a single leak-proof, all-metal assembly. It’s built to resist the abrasive wear of carbon fibre composites while maintaining the high flow rate that keeps the Creator 5’s multi-toolhead system running efficiently.

Leak-Proof Integrated Design

The nozzle and throat use an integrated construction, eliminating the melted filament leakage that can develop from threaded connections or aging sealing rings on traditional split-type nozzles. This reduces clogging risk and keeps extrusion consistent over the life of the hotend, rather than degrading as seals wear.

Red Copper + Hardened Steel Construction

The heating block is red copper for fast, even heat transfer, paired with a hardened steel nozzle tip for genuine abrasion resistance. The nozzle’s smooth inner wall (Ra <0.4) keeps filament feeding consistently, supporting better print results and reduced clogging even on long, high-volume jobs.

Handles Engineering Composites

Rated up to 320°C with a maximum flow rate of 32mm³/s, this hotend handles standard filaments as well as engineering composites including PLA-CF, PA-CF, and PET-CF — fast printing without sacrificing precision, even on abrasive, carbon-fibre-reinforced materials.

Includes Silicone Sock

The kit includes a matching silicone sock that fits over the heater block, preventing heat loss and reducing carbon buildup on the hotend surface. This helps maintain stable internal printing temperature and protects the surrounding components from stray filament residue during printing.

Quick-Swap for FlashSwap Toolheads

Designed to match the Creator 5’s quick-swap toolhead philosophy — the heater and thermistor are integrated with no wire disconnection needed, and durable brass contact pads replace conventional connectors for low-resistance, reliable contact on every swap. Loosen the securing screws to replace the nozzle without disturbing the wiring.

When installing, push the hotend firmly into the toolhead to ensure the connectors seat fully. A loose or incomplete connection can cause heating errors, inconsistent temperature readings, or the toolhead failing to recognise the hotend.
