Replacement Heater & Thermistor for Bambu Lab X1C and P1 Series
This ceramic heater and thermistor kit replaces the heating and temperature sensing components in your Bambu Lab hotend. The heater and thermistor are combined into a single integrated module with a terminal connector, making installation a simple plug-and-play swap — disconnect the old module, connect the new one, and you’re printing again.
If your printer is showing temperature errors, fluctuating nozzle readings, slow heat-up times, or has suffered a thermistor failure, this kit restores reliable thermal performance without replacing the entire hotend.
Two Variants — Select Your Printer
X1C variant — fits the Bambu Lab X1 Carbon
P1P/P1S variant — fits the Bambu Lab P1P and P1S
The two variants have different connector wiring. Select the correct option when ordering to ensure compatibility with your printer.

When to Replace
Common signs that your heater or thermistor needs replacing include temperature error codes on the printer screen, nozzle temperature fluctuating during printing despite correct settings, slow or inconsistent heat-up to target temperature, thermistor reading abnormal values (e.g. -90°C or wildly jumping numbers), and the printer refusing to start a print due to thermal safety faults.
If you’ve already reseated the connector and cable without resolving the issue, the heater/thermistor module is the most likely failed component.
Installation
Power off the printer and allow the hotend to cool completely. Disconnect the old heater/thermistor module from the terminal connector, remove it from the hotend, slide the new module into place, and reconnect. The integrated terminal connector means no soldering or crimping is required. Run a PID auto-tune after installation for optimal temperature stability.
