This 24V ceramic heater and NTC 100K thermistor kit is a direct replacement for the heating and temperature sensing components in the Creality Ender 3 V3 KE hotend. The 360° heating ring design wraps around the heat block for even thermal distribution, reaching 300°C in under a minute and maintaining stable temperatures throughout long prints.

360° Heating Ring Design

Unlike traditional cartridge heaters that heat from one side, the 360° ring design distributes heat evenly around the entire heat block. This eliminates cold spots, improves temperature consistency across the nozzle, and reduces the thermal lag that can cause extrusion inconsistencies — particularly noticeable when printing at higher speeds or with temperature-sensitive materials.

Installation

Power off the printer and allow the hotend to cool completely. Disconnect the old heater/thermistor, remove it from the hotend, install the new module, and reconnect via the plug-and-play connectors. No soldering required. Run a PID auto-tune after installation for optimal temperature stability.
