Description
High Precision Hardened Steel Nozzle for Anycubic Kobra S1 Max
This compatible hardened steel nozzle is a direct quick-swap upgrade for the Anycubic Kobra S1 Max — pairing a titanium alloy heat break with a hardened steel nozzle tip to resist the abrasive wear that carbon fibre, glass fibre, and other particle-loaded filaments inflict on standard nozzles.
Titanium Alloy Heat Break
The titanium alloy heat break reduces heat conduction along the cold zone, preventing filament from melting prematurely above the hotend and reducing the risk of clogs and heat creep — particularly useful on the Kobra S1 Max’s high-speed CoreXY platform where consistent thermal separation matters more than on slower printers.
Hardened Steel — Handles Abrasive Filaments
The hardened steel construction offers genuine abrasion resistance, compatible with PLA, ABS, PETG, and abrasive filaments including carbon fibre composites — maintaining a precise bore over far more print hours than a standard nozzle when printing filled materials regularly.
Built for High-Speed Printing
The smooth inner channel ensures consistent filament flow to match the Kobra S1 Max’s high-speed capability, maintaining stable extrusion for fine detail and high precision across both large models and batch printing runs.
Fast Heating, High Temperature Resistance
The brass heating block provides quick heat-up and steady temperature control, rated for continuous operation up to 350°C — solid headroom for high-temperature printing across a range of filaments.
Available Sizes
0.25mm
Fine detail printing for miniatures and high-resolution models.
0.4mm
The standard all-rounder — matches the Kobra S1 Max’s factory-installed nozzle size, balancing detail and speed across all materials including carbon fibre.
0.6mm
Higher throughput for faster functional prints, with reduced clogging risk on heavily filled abrasive filaments.
0.8mm
Maximum flow for large parts, vase-mode, and draft prints where speed matters more than fine detail.
Quick-Swap Installation
The integrated all-metal structure is designed for quick replacement — open the heat sink, install the nozzle, and secure with the clips. Ensure the nozzle is properly aligned before securing the clips, as misalignment can cause the nozzle to sit loose. After installation, running a PID auto-tune helps ensure optimal temperature stability and consistent print quality.
Do not touch the hotend during operation — allow it to cool fully before handling to avoid burns.
Compatibility
Anycubic Kobra S1 Max
Anycubic Kobra S1 Max Combo
Not compatible with the standard Kobra S1, Kobra 3 series, or other Anycubic models — those printers use different nozzle interfaces.
