OEM 4-in-1 PTFE Tube for Flashforge AD5X

This is the OEM replacement 4-in-1 PTFE tube for the Flashforge AD5X — the multi-channel tube that guides filament from the 4-in-1 feeder module on the side of the printer down to the extruder assembly. It’s a critical component in the AD5X’s multi-colour printing system, and when it wears, kinks, or becomes contaminated, filament feeding issues follow.

When to Replace

Filament loading or unloading failures during multi-colour prints, increased feeding resistance from one or more filament channels, visible kinking, crushing, or deformation of the tube, filament grinding at the feeder that isn’t caused by the extruder or feeder gears, colour change failures or incomplete purges caused by inconsistent feeding, and as part of preventative maintenance when servicing the AD5X multi-colour system.

Compatibility

This tube is designed specifically for the Flashforge AD5X and its 4-in-1 multi-colour feeder system. It is not compatible with the Adventurer 5M, Adventurer 5M Pro, or other Flashforge models that do not use the 4-in-1 feeder configuration.

Installation

Power off the printer. Disconnect the existing 4-in-1 tube from the feeder module and the extruder assembly. Route the new tube along the same path, ensuring it passes through the hole in the right-side top acrylic plate (if enclosure is installed). Insert the stainless steel tube end into the extruder assembly hole, push it fully down, then gently pull upward to confirm it’s seated securely. Reconnect at the feeder module end.

Avoid sharp bends or kinks when routing — the tube needs a smooth, gradual curve to ensure consistent feeding across all four channels.
