Description

Prusa CORE One+ — The Fully Enclosed CoreXY Built to Last

The Prusa CORE One+ is Prusa Research’s flagship enclosed CoreXY 3D printer — the upgraded successor to the CORE One with 20% faster printing, improved reliability, and the same precision engineering that earned the original universal praise from Tom’s Hardware, TechRadar, and the 3D printing community. Assembled and pre-calibrated in the EU, it’s ready to print out of the box.

With an actively heated enclosed chamber reaching up to 55°C, a CHT high-flow Nextruder with 360° cooling, and compatibility with materials from PLA through to polycarbonate and nylon, the CORE One+ handles everything from rapid prototyping to engineering-grade production parts — in a single machine.

Active Chamber Temperature Control

The fully enclosed chamber with active temperature control reaches up to 55°C, enabling warp-free printing with demanding materials like ABS, ASA, PC, and PA that require stable ambient temperatures. Unlike passive enclosures that rely on heat bleed from the bed, the CORE One+ actively manages chamber temperature for consistent results throughout long prints.

What makes this enclosure unique is that it can also print PLA and PETG with the door closed — something most enclosed printers can’t do without overheating these lower-temperature materials. The active control works both ways, maintaining the right temperature whether you need warmth for engineering filaments or controlled cooling for PLA.

Nextruder with CHT High-Flow Nozzle

The Nextruder toolhead features a CHT (Copy Hotend Technology) high-flow nozzle that melts filament faster for higher throughput, combined with 360° part cooling that enables flawless overhangs up to 75° without support structures. Less supports means less material waste, less print time, and less post-processing.

The 360° cooling is effective across virtually all filament types — PLA, PETG, TPU, ABS, ASA, PC, PA, and composites all benefit from even, consistent airflow around the printed part.

Precision & Reliability

Prusa CORE One+ printers run in Prusa’s own print farm, logging over 1 million testing hours per quarter with over 98% print reliability. This isn’t a marketing claim — it’s the printer Prusa themselves trust for production. Accurate prints down to the last detail with market-leading dimensional precision, sharp layer lines, and repeatable results.

Upgrade Path & Ecosystem

MMU3 Multi-Material

The CORE One+ is compatible with Prusa’s MMU3 add-on for printing with up to 5 filaments simultaneously. Multi-colour prints, soluble supports, and material combinations — all from a single printer.

HT Hotend Upgrade

The optional HT Hotend Upgrade enables nozzle temperatures up to 400°C for high-performance polymers — opening up materials like PPS, PEEK, and carbon fibre composites for industry-grade production parts.

Upgradability Philosophy

Prusa’s unique upgrade path means you can upgrade to the latest model for a fraction of the full price. A single purchase becomes a long-term investment — Prusa printers are made to last for years and evolve with firmware updates, accessories, and conversion kits.

Supported Materials

PLA, PETG, Flex/TPU, PVA, PC, PP, CPE, PVB — with the standard setup
ABS, ASA, HIPS, PA — with the Advanced Filtration System
High-performance polymers — with the HT Hotend Upgrade (up to 400°C)
